regeneration of a polluted area and general refurbishment of a former fertilizer warehouse just in front of the Venice lagoon. The projects create a multifunction pole of leisure attraction for people working in the existing science-technology park Vega (60,000sqm offices and laboratories). A square and open air theatre, a public garden and parking facilities and the completely refurbished building, which keeps the original cement arched structure, developing autonomusly inside 8,000 sqm on three floors plus the overall lantern.
